Beautiful House, beautiful village - loved it.
Awesome country house, really well equipped, everything well looked after. 16 of us stayed here for 3 nights and everyone enjoyed themselves. Hoping to return in 2019.
Very lovely place to spend your time
This was a big surprise for all of us! From the front, the house doesn't look that big, but it certainly goes back a long way! The ceilings are really high and the rooms have a 'Home and Country' feel to them without being too formal. Our favourite places are the huge kitchen and the comfy sitting room with open fire and soft sofas. The kids favourite was the huge TV and wi-fi! It's in a very quiet little village but only 5 mins from the Rail station and main road between London and Exeter so friends without cars could get there easily. This was the perfect location for our family get-together and the kids love it. Would recommend to anyone who is booking for a large group of friends or family.
