I had my RAV4 serviced recently. I purchased the vehicle from Snows last summer and the excellent David Martin explained that they would be happy to collect my vehicle for service.(I live 22 miles away). From booking in to the return of the vehicle the Snows team were first rate, - approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Reception staff handled the booking very well, finding a best time for me and arranging for collection of the vehicle and provision of a loan vehicle which arrived as scheduled. The pick up driver was both courteous and efficient. I had a couple of calls from reception staff to keep me in touch with progress and discuss additional work and they were never pushy. The vehicle was returned valeted and immaculate and on time. This standard of service and customer care is unusual and I will certainly be carrying on using Snows rather than a more local Toyota dealership.
