Was really interested in a 2007 CRV. Customer service at the start was great. Noticed after test drive the brakes were really squeaky, the rear reflector was broken and the rear door seals were damaged. Shaun agreed this will be looked into. I also asked if MOT would come with the car and also a service. Shaun agreed the car would come with a MOT and they could do a service for 100. I also noticed one of the tyres were on the limit. Again this would be looked into but if it didn't come up on the MOT they wouldn't do anything about it. After viewing the car a further 2 times, I agreed I would buy the car. I asked if we could collect it 2 days later and return the vehicle for a service, the reflector to be replaced and the door seals to be done. This was agreed. 2 days later we went to collect the car and told everything had been done. Door seals, service and reflector. The brakes had been looked into and I was told the reason why they were squeaking was because the car had been sat up for a while and they were perfect and safe. As I was signing the paperwork and putting money down, the car was being washed and valeted. When we collected the car and keys were handed over i was told the door seals hadn't been replaced but changed over as this would cost them 500. But everything else was fine. The tyre was deemed that it could last several thousands of miles..........so I drove the car off and brakes were still squeaking. When we got home we noticed rear reflector hadn't been replaced so contacted the company. They stated it was a miscommunication and would need the car for a day to replace the reflector. Even though staff had checked the vehicle over after the valet and didn't notice it. An agreement was made that Shaun would bring the reflector to us and we would replace it. I also noticed on the paper work the only thing on the service was an oil filter change and oil change which I think is not worth 100. The manager contacted me about this and said if I wanted a full service it would cost alot more and they did this because it was more important as it hadn't had a service in a while. 1 week later I took the car for a full service and they stated the tyre was on the limit, the front brakes had a groove in it and the rears were on the limit. I contacted the company who again told me when the garage checked it over the brakes was deemed fine. Just had the brakes replaced now and was told the rear were close to having nothing left and the exhaust bracket is broken and corroded. Yes the customer service was great at first but the aftercare is shocking. I've only had the car 2 and a half weeks, only done 300 miles and I've spent 320 on the car already.
Very friendly staff and helpful and I was only dropping a car off for repair.
